At Standard Marketing we are very good at working with clients who are developing their first website.  We explain the process, what we’re doing and why, in layman’s terms every step of the way.

This is the process of website construction and design:

1.    First we talk with you to learn about your business and what makes it special or different.  Then we make recommendations on what features and functions should be on your website and agree on a price, and take your deposit.

2.    Then we send you our New Client Questionnaire.  It helps us make sure we’re on the right track and stay on track in helping you market your business.

3.    Then we borrow your photographs and whatever text you have, design a mockup of what the new website will look like and send it to you for approval.  If changes are necessary we make them and send it back to you for approval.  We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee on Website Design so you know you’re going to be happy.

4.    After your approval of the mockup we start construction of your website.

5.    We make recommendations on the best domain name for your new website and take care of reserving it.  We reserve it in your name so you own it, but we make the contact email address our company email address so you never have to worry about renewing your domain name and your website being down because it wasn’t done.  We send you the username and password for the domain name so you can do anything you want with it at any time.

6.    We build your website on one of our testing websites and send you a link by email so you can see the website construction in progress anytime you wish.

7.    Then we set up a hosting account for your new website and domain name.  Again we send you the username and password so you can control your website at any time, but make the notification email set to our company email address so your website never goes down due to your hosting not being renewed on time.

8.    When the website is finished and after you are happy with it, we take the balance due and upload your new website to the hosting account so your website will be live to the internet.

Please contact me anytime if you have any questions at all.
