After we take your deposit, the first step in building your new website is for you to approve the design, or "the look". We make a design in Photoshop and send it to you as an email attachment. You either approve it or ask for changes. If you are not happy we will either keep working until you are, or refund your deposit in full. When you are happy with "the look" of your new website our design guarantee is fulfilled.
