In 1999 I developed my first website and got it on page one of Google. At that time I was working from my home-office in Kitsilano. In those days I designed and built all of our websites and my customers were very happy. We still get referrals from many of those clients.

After working as an independent consultant for a few years and enjoying it very much I started to hire people to share the work load. And thank goodness I did. The designers I hired were much better than I ever was. When we got to the point where I had five staff and computers in my dining room I knew it was time to get an office. So we rented a nice space in Kerrisdale which is only 15 minutes from my home. Please come by and visit us anytime.

Over the years we've hired many people and some of them have been very good, but over time I've tended to hire more experienced people. And right now I have to say that I've got the best overall team I've ever had. I'm confident there is no challenge we can't handle if we feel it's right for us at the time.
